Several of my issues will not open. When I tap the issue I get a black screen that shows 0% and stays there. Everything on my iPhone and iPad is current/up to date. I've tried reaching out to tech support but get no answer. I am very disappointed.

You can't print in the new app. Regular subscription issues transfer okay from the old app, but forget about any special issues you've purchased. Customer support has no answer and has not responded for several days. I won't be renewing my digital subscription.
