Your system cannot accurately record deposited checks with information as to whose check was deposited or financial institution that the check was written against, or show the check that was drawn against the owner’s account that the account owner had written. You cannot keep available financial information of the account for any length of time but you want us to go paperless. Phooey! Your answer for everything that you can’t do is because of security measures for the account. You are a financial organization dealing with other people’s money. You had better be able to provide accurate AVAILABLE information for your account owners. Your not allowing deposits to be made by people other than the account owner because of security reasons so the person doesn’t see the account balance is pure laziness and insensitivity to meet your customer’s needs. You can always mail the receipt to the owner since you are now charging us for a checking account. Your tellers are wonderful but your computer system is highly deficient and somewhat ineffective to meet your customer’s various personal and business needs.

I haven’t been able to view my credit card information through OceanAir for about the last 6 months. It just states “error has occurred”. So, if I want to pay my credit card bill or check the balance I have to call into the bank or the automated system. What’s the point of having OceanAir if I have to call in every time? I hope they realize this is an issue and fix it soon because this is getting annoying.

I’ve been with CBC bank since my 20s I think. I’m 51 now. The first iteration of your online banking was far superior to the current one. The bill pay is horrible. It used to be so much more intuitive and phone friendly. It just keeps getting worse, it seems. What happened to the way I could pay my bills 6-months to a year ago? That page with the list of payees? Now there’s the one that doesn’t even fit on your phone screen and you can’t view all of the payments you’re scheduling with the total?I’m not sure how to describe what I’m talking about- I just know I used to love the way it worked, and it just keeps getting worse. I honestly think about changing banks because of it...

I’ve never been this dissatisfied since BOA. We waited for almost a month to receive our debit cards. It turns out the representative who opened our account did not took care of the paperwork. In addition to injury, we had to wait over the weekend to get our online banking enrollment up and running. It also turned out that another representative did not sent the complete proper links to follow. Their service is unapologetic, incompetent, and unreliable versus other Federal Credit Unions. It was a mistake opening an account with them. Yes, we are jumping ship very soon.

Two things:

Please make it so that I can access all accounts with my name on them in one list. Right now I am able to see only the joint accounts I have with my husband. If I want to see the accounts I have w my daughter, I have to log out of one, and log in to another userid.

My accounts at Chase are all visible in a single login, although some are joint accts with husband and some are with one or the other of my two daughters. They somehow group all the accounts in a single list that displays in my app, likely by my social security number (regardless of who else is on the account w me). I like that I can all accounts in one list and I do not have to have separate userids for each ownership combo. They further allow me to nickname each account; another good thing that helps me keep things straight.

And second: please update your app to include fingerprint technology for logging in.

Not crazy about OceanAir. I’ve been in the Internet banking business from the provider side, and find this site cumbersome. For example, the the bill pay portion of this site is far from intuitive. I’d like to have my spouse be able to use it in case of an emergency, but she constantly stumbles when I try to show her. My plan was to move all our accounts here, but I’m just going to stay with Chase for now, simply because their banking site is very intuitive and easy to use.

I like that it’s easy enough to log onto but I’d like t to see more detail in my Acct information. Very difficult to navigate and it often stalls on an empty page. Very frustrating. Poorly designed. Really just unacceptable. I have to make phone calls for things I should be able to do online.

I would love to have the ability to add a few words to the transaction description so that I could identify source of deposit, reason for transfer, purpose of credits and debuts, or whatever to know what’s going on. Also keep images of the checks deposited so that I can identify each checks deposited.

I think it’s easy to use. Message feature is okay. Takes a few days for representatives to respond

Love CBC Bank would never change to another very friendly , always helpful just wish we could have a program toget our credit score

I’m so glad that they finally changed the bill pay back to the old system!! It’s very user friendly!

OceanAir allows me to transfer funds from one account to another. Deposit checks directly without needing to go in person. Check loans rates, and handle multiple accounts.

I recently had someone try to get into my account and they disabled it for me so no one else can get in and they changed it and helped me so quickly!! Customer service is wonderful! Would highly recommend

I love how everything is easily accessible and quick to use. I enjoy knowing I have the capability of knowing what’s going on with my account within fi hers reach. I recommend OceanAir for any cbc member to download OceanAir and make it easy access for you at your fingertips in an instant!

Please consider the vision impaired and allow the screens to enlarge or make the print bold or larger to read. Also ability to have a background black color with white letters an option.

The CBC appIt’s easy to use. You can set it up for fingerprint recognition. It doesn’t balk when you’re trying to put in a deposit. It is straight forward and works very well. Whoever put it together was extremely competent

I have used OceanAir for many years and have found it to be very useful for long-distance financing. There’s a small learning curve but it is well worth it. I can easily transfer funds between accounts, do online deposits, interface with PayPal, pay most of my bills and more.

Our truck loan is the lowest rate we could find for an out of state purchase. We also live far enough away from the credit union that we did our entire transaction online. It was very smooth and very professionally handled.

This banking app is simple, easy to use and always available. I’ve used it from the start years ago, appreciating the updates that they occasionally do for improvement.

app. Easy to use and view. I love how I can move money around and into my daughters acct as well! I really love how also I can make my car payment too here! Keep up good work CBC!
