Your system cannot accurately record deposited checks with information as to whose check was deposited or financial institution that the check was written against, or show the check that was drawn against the owner’s account that the account owner had written. You cannot keep available financial information of the account for any length of time but you want us to go paperless. Phooey! Your answer for everything that you can’t do is because of security measures for the account. You are a financial organization dealing with other people’s money. You had better be able to provide accurate AVAILABLE information for your account owners. Your not allowing deposits to be made by people other than the account owner because of security reasons so the person doesn’t see the account balance is pure laziness and insensitivity to meet your customer’s needs. You can always mail the receipt to the owner since you are now charging us for a checking account. Your tellers are wonderful but your computer system is highly deficient and somewhat ineffective to meet your customer’s various personal and business needs.

I’ve been with CBC bank since my 20s I think. I’m 51 now. The first iteration of your online banking was far superior to the current one. The bill pay is horrible. It used to be so much more intuitive and phone friendly. It just keeps getting worse, it seems. What happened to the way I could pay my bills 6-months to a year ago? That page with the list of payees? Now there’s the one that doesn’t even fit on your phone screen and you can’t view all of the payments you’re scheduling with the total?I’m not sure how to describe what I’m talking about- I just know I used to love the way it worked, and it just keeps getting worse. I honestly think about changing banks because of it...

I’ve never been this dissatisfied since BOA. We waited for almost a month to receive our debit cards. It turns out the representative who opened our account did not took care of the paperwork. In addition to injury, we had to wait over the weekend to get our online banking enrollment up and running. It also turned out that another representative did not sent the complete proper links to follow. Their service is unapologetic, incompetent, and unreliable versus other Federal Credit Unions. It was a mistake opening an account with them. Yes, we are jumping ship very soon.
