Good day, I have some points expiring so I went to the Serrano Melia Galgos hotel to use the points by purchasing some drinks, When I tried to use the points the bartender could not make the application work. Even my coleague try to use his points to pay for the drinks but the application just would not work. we tried manually, scanning the QR code but nothing worked, this is the secont time this has happened. I ended up having to pay for the drinks by credit card. I'm very disapointed. What is the point of having a rewards program if it doesn't work. Please fix it. I'm trying to pay for a hotel reservation and the app requires a authentication code. I have to swap out to see this code and when I go back into the media app all details are reset and takes me back to enter details again.
