How to fix TaxesToGo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TaxesToGo app on iPhone
Update TaxesToGo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TaxesToGo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TaxesToGo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TaxesToGo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TaxesToGo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TaxesToGo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TaxesToGo App
1. On android, goto Settings » TaxesToGo » click [Force Stop]

Update TaxesToGo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TaxesToGo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TaxesToGo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TaxesToGo.

Fix TaxesToGo unable to contact server/ TaxesToGo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TaxesToGo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TaxesToGo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TaxesToGo
