the Watch shows temoerature from 36,2 but I habe 39 degrees. Why, is the watch kaputt?

My H Band is recording heart rate and other data even when I’m not wearing it. I had my watch off all day yesterday but it kept sending me heart rate alerts and tracking my heart rate spikes and dips.

Your app H Band generates graphic reports on six heath functions measured by the smartwatch sold by Libiyi. Four of those health functions are also shown as weekly / monthly / yearly summaries. Guess which two are missing: Blood sugar Blood oxygen That’s a serious mistake in the usefulness of this app. Please send me a software update which includes all six health functions in the weekly / monthly / yearly bar graphs. The app is set for male, but the watch doesn't change. It's set for female. How do I fix it?

I just received the HBand smart watch to help me with my diabetes, but the watch doesn't work and will not read my blood pressure, sleep or anything at all. I want to return the watch and get my money back, but nothing came with information on returning items. I have tried everything including looking online from where it was shipped from. I have been researching fortwo days online to come up with nothing at all. No information on my CC statement to try and reach out to this company that is taking our money knowing that the watch doesn't work.

Bought this for my wife and she was happy till the first charge. Face of watch went black and never came back on. Looked for customer support and it is non-existent. In the words of Tommy Boy - the guarantee is only as good as the words written on the box. But in this case that does not exist. It only on the media pages of the people selling these watches. This is a shame because She liked the watch for no other reason than it notified her of phone stuff without having to buy a service. She is a teacher, I guess we learned a Leason???

I purchased watch for Health and none of the reading are correct, also mine shows Female on the watch and it is set to Male in the app. Worthless investment, shouldn't be allowed on the market.

My gender is Male and Switch states to update your profile in H Band. H Band profile is set to Male but is displaying Female. Will NOT switch to Male.

Had the watch for 2 weeks, worker pretty good. Then now the touch screen isn’t working, sometimes I can get the screen to turn on and sometimes it does nothing. Absolutely a piece of garbage, I’d save your money and buy a better watch. Wish I would’ve looked at these reviews before I bought.

I’m having issues just trying to set up the app and I can’t get help without having to pay for it. You would think that with buying a product such as this, they would be willing to help you set it up.

I have the f57L smartwatch and the blood glucose reading stays between 6.1 to 6.9, even when my other meter on my arm says it is 69 or 380. The reading are always wrong on the watch and that is why I bought it for. How can I fix the problem. can you provide a update to fix that problem!

Hello, I have been using a blood glucose watch for the past 3 weeks. Over the course of three days, the watch has not been providing any data for the blood glucose on the dashboard. I tried everything that I could think of... 1) reinstall the app 2) re-pair to bluetooth 3) logout 4) reset 5) called my service provider 6) call the mobile company I bought the watch specifically for blood glucose data. Now I am at my wits end on how to get the app to provide the blood glucose data on the dashboard. Could someone please advice. Kindly refer to the attachment for better understanding of my desperate situation.

I bought a new phone. I downloaded the app. I do not remember my password. I tried to reset the password. It tells me to enter a code. I am not receiving any codes in my emails. Is that where the code is being sent? Please help so I can set my watch up with my phone.

Once again, I can't log in to the app on my iPhone. I tried changing the password--succesfully. but every tie ti try to log in with it, the screen just shakes once and nothing happens. Since day of purchase cannot get heart rate monitor, o2 monitor,ECG or the camera remote to function. Would like to trade for new one but I bought this one at an outlet location. What can I do?

The app does not sync all of the features and it also does not work with the ECG function. Keep saying leads falling off but does not test. The only data it is saving is a blood pressure which I’m not sure it’s accurate

Half of the time the app doesn't add up my total steps from the day before, it's really hard to believe. The total is listed in three places, sometimes one of those might have the total, but sometimes none of them is right

My HBand vibrates all the time. Drives me crazy. There is an orange icon of some kind that pops up. It will do it every 20 seconds. NO. No one wants this or could stand that. All notifications are off. What is it????? How can I make it STOP VIBRATING??? It does not happen all the time. Sometimes it goes hours without vibrating ....but it doesn't seem to go a full day. No consistent time between the times it happens. Sometimes once, 2x or even 3x. Usually 2x.

This little watch is great .. I haven’t had it very long and wasn’t wearing a lot but now I have worn it for a week straight it wouldn’t come back on after charging and I think it’s trying to die I’d be lost without it in my new job As letter carrier it keeps track of everything but if it dies I’m gonna be sad... I’m just preparing myself for it to not work after very little use .... FYI it did come back in after I did some wiggling this and that ... but that tells me it’s not gonna work long ! Send me a new one to keep me happy please I spread lots of good word on this watch and I don’t want to have to take that back thank you
