I cant change my password. I put the new pw in and it keeps telling me to put in a pw with 6 to 20 characters.

H Band will not connect to phone. Trued online hints. None worked.

I have a very simple issue with my H band setup. I'm sure that I'm overlooking the issue. I can't seem to find a way to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit in the weather section on the ET580 HBand setup on my watch. I can change it in the body temperature but, not on the weather, I'm sure it's me. If someone could just send me directions I would really be grateful.

Why does this app not work,I have tried to log in to reset my watch time because it looses a few minutes a week,but it won’t have my log in info,have changed my password a few times also but it still won’t recognise my log in,it’s getting me down,it should never alter from my original log in for what use it is. I have had my watch for about a month and it is no longer charging. Is there anything I can do?

I have E500 H-Band smart watch. I purchased specifically for the blood glucose monitoring. I blood glucose readings are always low and wildly inaccurate. Sometimes they are 20 pts low, sometimes 100 pts low. I have compared them with the readings from my traditional blood glucose monitor and cannot find any way to correlate them. If there was a consistent delta, I could live with that. But as it is now, the main reason for buying the watch is useless.

My watch keeps sliding to the power off screen with no prompts, this also interfere with using the watch. The button on the side also is harder and harder to use due to the interference. I have tried troubleshooting with clear cash, history, uninstall and reinstall app, factory restart watch etc. How do I fix issues please.

Is there any way to share measured data from app other than .jpg format, e.g. .csv, .html or .xls?

My H band watch regularly defaults to a different dial setting which I have not selected. When I select connect using the H Band app on my IPad I am asked for a 4 digit password which is a mystery to me. The watch usually connects automatically. Is there a default 4 digit password?

I was given this as a present for Birthday 15.01.2025 and I have only had it for a while, when I tried to recharge it, it now keeps buzzing and not recharging. I followed the steps for advise on this, restart device, and still not charging. I have then tried to reset to factory settings as suggested and that charged about 15% and now is buzzing again and not charged. This was a present and we are not happy that we have issues already. I have bought 4 watches. For the 1st set up I installed the H Band app and cannot open it for 10 tries. I use forget password, enter the sent code, enter a new password and it resets. I then try to open with the new password and it will not open. I have tried this 10 times HELP.

Bought this for my wife and she was happy till the first charge. Face of watch went black and never came back on. Looked for customer support and it is non-existent. In the words of Tommy Boy - the guarantee is only as good as the words written on the box. But in this case that does not exist. It only on the media pages of the people selling these watches. This is a shame because She liked the watch for no other reason than it notified her of phone stuff without having to buy a service. She is a teacher, I guess we learned a Leason???

My gender is Male and Switch states to update your profile in H Band. H Band profile is set to Male but is displaying Female. Will NOT switch to Male.

Had the watch for 2 weeks, worker pretty good. Then now the touch screen isn’t working, sometimes I can get the screen to turn on and sometimes it does nothing. Absolutely a piece of garbage, I’d save your money and buy a better watch. Wish I would’ve looked at these reviews before I bought.

Hello, I have been using a blood glucose watch for the past 3 weeks. Over the course of three days, the watch has not been providing any data for the blood glucose on the dashboard. I tried everything that I could think of... 1) reinstall the app 2) re-pair to bluetooth 3) logout 4) reset 5) called my service provider 6) call the mobile company I bought the watch specifically for blood glucose data. Now I am at my wits end on how to get the app to provide the blood glucose data on the dashboard. Could someone please advice. Kindly refer to the attachment for better understanding of my desperate situation.

Half of the time the app doesn't add up my total steps from the day before, it's really hard to believe. The total is listed in three places, sometimes one of those might have the total, but sometimes none of them is right

My HBand vibrates all the time. Drives me crazy. There is an orange icon of some kind that pops up. It will do it every 20 seconds. NO. No one wants this or could stand that. All notifications are off. What is it????? How can I make it STOP VIBRATING??? It does not happen all the time. Sometimes it goes hours without vibrating ....but it doesn't seem to go a full day. No consistent time between the times it happens. Sometimes once, 2x or even 3x. Usually 2x.
