How to fix openHPI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the openHPI app on iPhone
Update openHPI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall openHPI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix openHPI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve openHPI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix openHPI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent openHPI app issues:

Force Stop the openHPI App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click openHPI app. » click "Force Stop".

Update openHPI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear openHPI App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "openHPI app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch openHPI.

Fix openHPI unable to contact server/ openHPI internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click openHPI » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got openHPI » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch openHPI on android.
