There is more than 3 weeks i'm dealing with papara and it's customer services. The applications doesn't work properly and may not updated based on latest government instructions. For verify, it does not recognize card and information. Unfornatunely nobody in papara is not in charge ro give a respectful response. Finally i've decided to delete Pa
I’ve been trying for 1 week to verify my account with my new kimlik but Pa cant detect that and cat verify my card, i’ve sending lots of mail but nobody answered me !!! Just copy and paste some general stuff

1– I’m trying to use Papara app on my iPhone XS Max, I spent 2 days just trying to figure out why I can’t login to my account, each time I got this message:
“Bu cihazdaki işletim sistemi sürümü orijinal değil. Cihazınızı fabrika ayarlarına geri döndürmeden Papara'yı kullanmaya devam edemezsiniz”
I really shucked when I saw that I have to restore my device to be able to use Pa!
I installed Pa on my Android phone, and i got same issue.
Please fix your security detection issues.

2– i respect that you’re Turkish citizen, but don’t forget there’re a lot of English people in Turkey and we can’t read Turkish language, why you can’t add English language so all people can use Pa easily?
Please add English language, we can’t understand anything!
