Nothing works properly

There is more than 3 weeks i'm dealing with papara and it's customer services. The applications doesn't work properly and may not updated based on latest government instructions. For verify, it does not recognize card and information. Unfornatunely nobody in papara is not in charge ro give a respectful response. Finally i've decided to delete the app

I’ve been trying for 1 week to verify my account with my new kimlik but the app cant detect that and cat verify my card, i’ve sending lots of mail but nobody answered me !!! Just copy and paste some general stuff

My account is suspended

Face recognition doesn't work correctly I tried 4-5 times but it doesn't recognize me and now my account is suspended.
How can I fix this?
