I can’t find the balance on our Enerbank loan anywhere. We replaced an HVAC condenser earlier this year and our vendor recommended Enerbank to finance it. I’ve made regular payments of 1/12 the balance but I receive no statements from them. Their website doesn’t provide the balance. And their customer service number isn’t open today and provides no option for checking our balance. Very fishy.
I tried to process the update, but when I do it tells me this is no longer available. I have a new iPad and tried to down RegionsContractorSalesPro , but it gives me the same error msg. Please fix. Thanks!
We have a loan through EnerBank so I was happy to see that an app was available. That was short lived. You can’t access your accounts, make payments, transfer funds, etc. You can only start a loan application and receive status notifications of your approval or denial.
First time it was no use to me. No option to pay nor see my balance. Saw a link leading back here to see my balance but downloaded the second time and still no use to me. Can’t do what I need but apply for a loan
I have no idea why RegionsContractorSalesPro has been developed and installed in App Store. RegionsContractorSalesPro has no features at all and NO payment option too. Hope this bank or developer team watch reviews and develop.
RegionsContractorSalesPro is just to apply for a loan. You can’t even get your balance, you have to call in for features like that.
RegionsContractorSalesPro is only to take your money, not for the user.
Everything in RegionsContractorSalesPro works great but the drivers license scanner only works 1/2 of the time.
It’s been easy dealing with EnerBank, however, it would be nice if they had a simple option to check balances online.
