We loved ContractorTools from beginning. This didn’t last to long, probably couple of months. After we start to have issues with it every single day.
We tried to contact support multiple time. Every single time they promise us to fix our issues. ContractorTools is not syncing, which makes team work impossible. The estimate sometimes automatically get price modifications which got us in trouble with our customers. After multiple. Conversations with the support team they ended up telling us our devices are to old.
My manager has one of the latest iPads and I tried ContractorTools on my iPhone too. Same problem.
Won’t recommend to anyone!!!

I used ContractorTools for about a year and a half and it worked well. One day before I could use ContractorTools it required me to update. When I did the update it took me through a process that started over and over and I couldn’t get out of it but I needed to use ContractorTools because I had customers that needed proposals. The next month I started receiving three charges every single month I didn’t catch it right away when I explained it to the people at contractors tools they were not happy and we’re not helpful I am leaving today September 8, 2018 not because ContractorTools wasn’t good but because they overcharged and wouldn’t do anything about it, they acted like it was my fault. Additionally I let them now immediately after I experienced the loop.

Without a doubt these people truly care about quality and customer service. ContractorTools is perfect for what I need. Ran into a billing is on Apple side. Sent a message to this app and they were on it in minutes. I received a message response and a phone call right away. I am so impressed with the effort they put into this for me. All fixed now and I couldn’t be happier. If you haven’t given ContractorTools a chance yet try it out!! You will NOT be disappointed.

ContractorTools is great for all manner of businesses, small, medium and large! Plumbing, electrical, general contracting, whatever you do, if you can’t find it in one cost book, you’ll find it in one of the others. Just with other software, you may need to tweak a few prices here and there, but otherwise it’s a time saver and helps you to not miss some things when you’re bidding a job.

I’ve been with these guys for years even on an older version of ContractorTools , and you won’t find a better tech support team! These guys are great, fast responses, very attentive to your issue, and they just flat out care about whether you’re enjoying and getting use out of the software. I would recommend ContractorTools to anyone!

This is an excellent app. Yes, there’s a bit of a learning curve, but if you stick with it to learn all of it’s features, I can assure you it will be worth it. My company generates over 4 million in revenue per year and ContractorTools has helped with organization, job tracking, and estimating. It’s definitely been beneficial for our needs. A huge thank you to the creators!

I Just got off speaking with Joel regarding a billing issue with ContractorTools Store. Joel was right on it and sent me instructions on how to rectify the issue. My problem was fixed within minutes. Customer service second to None!!!! This Application is really well put together and very user friendly. I use ContractorTools everyday and get asked regularly how do get your Paperwork so well put together with so much detail. Contractor Tools is an essential part of my business. It is worth every penny! Thanks Joel and Contractor Tools . This is a must have for anyone who wants to get ahead of the competition. Keep the updates coming!!! Thanks guys!!!

The one thing I don’t like about ContractorTools is being locked out of the Estimates. I’ve made mistakes and tried to fix some things or tried to add info for sending the invoice and I couldn’t. Everything else in ContractorTools is amazing and a huge help for me the way it organizes and offers to print and email all the paperwork! Overall I truly love ContractorTools !

44 years in contracting , ContractorTools bar none is the best. Seamless access across all phones, integrated with stripe, estimating, QuickBooks , estimating guides. Saves me and each of us 1-2 hours a day. Customers always ask what we use ? Try it . This is the best . Thank you to the entire team gor all your hard work making this wonderful app.

This tool proved to be extremely helpful and valuable on a recent project. I can easily see why so many contractors have rated ContractorTools so highly.

I also have another Estimating software that I have, and payed thousand for i use this construction app more than I use the thousand dollar estimate software. Love how I am able create templates and have them at my fingertips. An also love that it integrates with quick books online. Highly recommend to anyone that has a remodeling and small handyman business....

These guys have been great! The video tutorials explain a lot, when I still had questions they followed up within 24 hours, some times multiple times in a day. I hadn’t even subscribed yet! Now I will definitely be subscribing for as long as I’m in business! Not to mention that the sync for quickbooks is making my life much easier there, eliminating hours of redundant data entry. I can’t recommend ContractorTools enough!

As a contractor that not only contracts work but does work ContractorTools helps me stay on top of estimating. Had for two or three years now and has been great. The support team has always been extremely helpful. I haven’t gotten the $50 per month subscription yet but if volume increases quite a bit it would definitely be well worth the investment, even as a small remodeling company.

This is easily the best app I have on my iPhone. I use ContractorTools everyday. I’ve been working in residential construction for over 40 years. I’ve owned a business for more than 20. ContractorTools makes me look professional. My personal cost-book has hundreds of items. I bid many jobs on the spot. The only things I turn my computer on for are drafting and partial accounting. I do billing from ContractorTools .

I’m not usually one to rate apps or the people who make three. I was in IT for years and years. When I went back to help my dad with the family construction business I have to say I was overwhelmed. When I found this software my world became bright again. It is so easy to use and accurate and has honestly gotten me my life and dads business back. To top things off these guys support is out of this world. I can’t say enough about this group. Thank you for saving my life and my dads legacy!!! I honestly mean that😁

This is the best app I have ever used. Very simple to learn and understand. Easy to adapt to your needs. $300/year is pricey but you’ll make it back first month guaranteed! Worth every penny of $50/mo. If you choose that plan. You want to choose that plan!!!
This single app on my phone has grown my business exponentially. I now have it on my iPad too and even my customers love it. It has saved me tons of time, won me more jobs, and helped me save and make a lot of money from the first week. I’ve now been using for months.

The customer service is amazing! I have spoken on then phone, text/chat and sent emails and had nothing but the best experience!

Great software for the small and medium sized contractor. I highly recommend using this product.

There are a few limitations... but it’s easy to work around. But I know we are using the software a bit unconventionally for how it is intended.

As a time and materials GC, we create a job estimate. Then duplicate it and use the copy as a working document. This allows for a reference to what was issued to the client and then update the project in real time to the total/current cost.

The final is a slimmed down version with what ever change orders and final costs and previous payments. Just time materials and sub contractors.

The original is not synced to quick books, but the copy is. For us, this allows for the most flexibility and speed to keep our project up to date and billed correctly.

I couldn’t do it without ContractorTools! My contractor friend recomended app. I don’t have my contracting license, but I do lots of small remodel jobs. Being new to estimates, I was able to make $3,000 my first week using ContractorTools! Professional estimates in a timely manner give the lasting first impression to home owners that you’re good at what you do. That’s just what ContractorTools does. It impresses clients so that you can impress them and they feel comfortable cutting you checks because their first impression of you was so high due to your estimate and it’s format! I left a review a day or so ago stating that I was having issues on my MacBook Pro after the High Sierra update... After reaching out to Joel, he made this issue practically vanish with a new update to his app within 24 hours! Couldn’t ask for a better functioning estimating and invoicing app and the support for ContractorTools is great! Keep up the excellent work and please disregard my last review...
