I have a problem with Mike's Macros

- Food database may not be as extensive as other apps

Can’t set up account. Keeps saying error and try again

I'd prefer to use this app over others, but I keeping getting the "Whoops! There was a problem setting you up, please try again" error.

To resolve Mike's Macros network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Mike's Macros App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mike's Macros » click [Force Stop]

Clear Mike's Macros App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mike's Macros » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mike's Macros.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mike's Macros » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mike's Macros » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mike's Macros
