There’s no way for you to sign up. Only an option to log in. Can’t log in if you can’t set up an account. Fix it bruh!

I downloaded SuperPhone . I was excited about the promise of better contact organization.

The on-boarding is totally broken. Literally the first step, registering a new user account I’m taken to a page the doesn’t do or show anything. Uninstalled.

I have been a loyal customer since 2019 but for the last two weeks this has been a nightmare. I really on this service to be in contact with my clients. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to receive or make calls for about two weeks now and I have still not received an answer why.

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 3 years never had issues but ever since around May this year this company has gone down terribly. So many issues with SuperPhone . App goes blank, you don’t receive messages, the customer service is extremely slow,… if anyone has an alternative please let me know.

It won’t let me long in! And it’s really frustrating.

How we supposed to know if this works when I can’t even get pass the first page it keep telling sign in but I don’t have a account to sign in on

SuperPhone is okay. It was a good idea. They don’t offer an api so you can’t connect it to your already existing systems and sites. App has been the same since the beginning of its release no new features have been released. Won’t be long before a better app comes along and replaces it. Twilio api anyone?

To create a Smart Phone account it can’t be done via mobile you must create one thru the browser. There is also a monthly plan included with the service, you can decide which plan is most fitting for your contacts within your fan base and how often you send texts to them. Hope this helped someone.

it’s super annoying seeing msg you don’t need to see anymore. Needs a delete or unsubscribe button

How do you set up new account? Asks me to login right away and for password which is quite irritating and suspicious to say the least.

Please release an update that gives an option to delete an incoming text that doesn't fully convert into a contact. It just gets a little crowded in the message section over time if it isn't cleared. Plus, it's great to only see converted contacts without having to sift through those that haven't chose to input their info. Other than that I think the concept and app is great! - F. Need better navigation information to optimize app usage.
Also, hate signing in after every update!

SuperPhone is genuinely great. This really helped me organize my contacts and keep my life in order.

I would love to try SuperPhone out but I can’t even sign up it’s stuck on a login page but I cant login because I can’t sign up frustrating to say the less

SuperPhone is nothing less than phenomenal 🤘🏾 A must have for artists and entrepreneurs...only caveat I’m currently experiencing is getting their “superbot” feature setup and working as advertised but I’m sure that will be fixed shortly as well! I take my clients very serious, especially when business is involved. Maintaining connection & relationships with all my clientele can be challenging at times. I’ve discovered that this app is a awesome tool to have & very resourceful for personal management use.
