Service has been disconnected for over a week

I have been a loyal customer since 2019 but for the last two weeks this has been a nightmare. I really on this service to be in contact with my clients. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to receive or make calls for about two weeks now and I have still not received an answer why.

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 3 years never had issues but ever since around May this year this company has gone down terribly. So many issues with the app. App goes blank, you don’t receive messages, the customer service is extremely slow,… if anyone has an alternative please let me know.
Waste of time

I downloaded the app. I was excited about the promise of better contact organization.
The on-boarding is totally broken. Literally the first step, registering a new user account I’m taken to a page the doesn’t do or show anything. Uninstalled.
