Best mental health app out there.

this app is a great tool for people who struggle with anxiety or depression - or even those people who are just stressed. The app gives practical, easy missions that have been shown through research to combat negative thoughts and feelings. The new update fixed the bugs & the app itself works great! Love this tool for mental health :)

Really helps

Really helped lower the anxiety and general depression that I feel sometimes. The missions really help me out with trying to get better. Of course it doesn't replace a professional but j think many pros should use his as a tool for their clients.
