- The app lacks some of the features that were useful in the old app, such as the ability to snap a picture of the insurance card and fill out all the fields for trades.

- Copying and pasting information is not easy, and there are limitations to what can be copied and pasted.

- The app freezes and force quits sometimes, and there is a lot of lag.

- There are roadblocks to functionality, such as not being able to review a profile while looking at an email or log incoming phone calls.

- The app goes down frequently, especially on busy days, and switching dealerships can be an issue.

- The scanner sometimes pulls up the wrong VIN, which can be frustrating.
