app won't even open. Worked one day, not at all the next. Have tried clearing cache, rebooting phone and ultimately deleting and reinstalling app. Still won't even open.

I have a Samsung S22 Ultra. After about a week of use the application stopped working. It now crashes and won't start. I have tried clearing the cache and uninstalling/reinstalling. Same issue. The mug is fully charged and does work, it's just the app that is not working. I was just hoping to change the default color and temperature of my mug. Now I don't have a way to customize my mug.
Long time user of the ember mug. The app isn't perfect but at least I was able to control my mug. Now the app stopped working yesterday (07/12/2023) after a few hours from receiving my new Travel Mug. Seems a problem with login. Tried with different mugs, apple phones, account names, reinstalling the app, and still no success. Anyone experiencing the same? Very disappointed

Ember app will not work. keeps crashing and wont open. I have cleared cache, uninstalled reinstalled force stopped. will not charge or keep coffee hot. worked great for a while. i h ave never put a spoon inside it to stir it. never washed it in a dishwasher, never soaked it. Very unhappy now bc i love it when it works. please fix app
App wont open, says it keeps stopping
I was having the same problem as everyone else on my S20 - "Ember keeps stopping". Unpaired mug, Uninstalled and Reinstalled, didn't work. Then went into App settings -> Ember -> Storage and cleared cache and app data. Started working.
All of the sudden my ember app will not open.i have deleted it, cleared cache, cleared Bluetooth, reinstalled. Will not open. Please advise

Ember app keeps crashing on my Android phone (when I go to Ember app, It says Ember App stopped working and app won't launch) It was working for a month before this happens. Please advise.
Same problem as everyone else - app simply won't work anymore on Galaxy S21. Immediate crash when switched on
" Ember keeps stopping" After restarting my Bluetooth, the first time I click on the app it says "Ember keeps stopping" "App info" "Close app" "Send feedback" Any time I try to open the app after that pop-up it won't even open. Like I pushed a button to turn my seat warmers on, I feel the click from my harmonic feed-back, but nothing happens. No loading screen, no app window tab, nothing. Help please.

Since the April update won't even open on my Samsung S21 - Android says it is immediately crashing. Before that it struggled to maintain a connection to the mug -- every morning its a 30/70 if I'll have to re-pair the connection or if it'll detect the mug (5in away) .
the Ember App won't open today on my Samsung S22. It was working last week, but it won't even open and I have reinstalled it 5 times and restarted the phone to try to get it to work. On the phone it says it keeps stopping, but the app won't even respond when I try to open it.

When I select the screen on the Ember app to select the temperature settings, the screen is shaking and it won’t work. I’ve tried to turn the mug on and off, un- plug and plug back in, as well as turning my phone off. I just deleted and reinstalled the app and the screen is doing the same thing.
