How to fix Memority app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Memority app on iPhone
Update Memority app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Memority iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Memority on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Memority network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Memority Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Memority not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Memority App
1. On android, goto Settings » Memority » click [Force Stop]

Update Memority to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Memority App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Memority » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Memority.

Fix Memority unable to contact server/ Memority internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Memority » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Memority » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Memority
