How to fix Paysend app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Paysend app on iPhone
Update Paysend app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Paysend iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Paysend on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Paysend network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Paysend Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Paysend not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Paysend App
1. On android, goto Settings » Paysend » click [Force Stop]

Update Paysend to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Paysend App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Paysend » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Paysend.

Fix Paysend unable to contact server/ Paysend internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Paysend » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Paysend » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
