This is getting f****** ridiculous I've tried contacting you guys through your chat and you always say the same exact thing like it's a robot you guys took my money and I want it back This is what happened Recipiant card was locked through there app so it declined the transaction for 36 and it took the money from my bank so now i dont have anymore money in it. it says on my bank that your app took the money. recipiant unlocked there card i tried again but since u guys took my money already i have no more money in my bank now.. what happend to the 36 dollars Cuz it says in app that it failed but there is a 36 dollar charge on my bank ststment my phonenumber is 19704734821 email mtholland1234@redacted please help asap chat service has only said 1 thing to me witch has nothing to do with what is going on

My recipient received a text message the transaction code but when she went to the palawan pawnshop she cannot claim the money the palawan staff said they don't have the transaction code in their system .. let me know what's going on please how long It takes to claim that money... I tried sending $970 with paysend and they took the money out of my account in seconds and then they cancelled the transaction and wanted me to send them selfies and pics of my card. I did that and they still won't send the money and they won't refund me my money either. This has been going on for about a month now and all they say is that someone is looking into it and that they will email me when they know something! I sent money on June 27th but it has not been delivered yet. You guys asked for some documents and I did provide them but the money has still not been sent and has been redrawn from your account. Is this how you guys work because this is too bad.
