MoneyGram Status

I have tried numerous times to fund my crypto wallet on LOBSTR and every time you get to last step it tells you unfortunately this wallet is not eligible for MoneyGram transactions at this time.I’ve made this transaction numerous times before with no problem.I’ve talked to MoneyGram tech support at least three times which has been useless because for one thing they could barely speak English.LOBSTR says it’s a MoneyGram problem.Any help would be much appreciated

Keep getting "an unknown error has occurred" just trying to login

Last week I used MG to make 2 transfers to my Lobstr wallet, successfully. Since then, I have tried half a dozen times to do the same. Same location, same wallet. No success. Same result: error code 3556. Your people on the phone have been useless in trying to explain the problem to me. Either your company still supports the lobstr wallet, or it doesn't. It can't only be my wallet, can it? Wouldn't that be discrimination? Help!!!

When I get to the choose location part of the transaction I hit the red button and nothing happens.

Try to send money but email and password always error

I updated my address.... and ever since I did that I am not able to use the money gram app.....when I tried to send money to jamaica, the app said info is incorrect.....and that is when I realized that the address on my money gram app was the old address......so I up dated it.......but after doing so now I think all is well.....now just to here the app said....my password is incorrect.....and it's not tue.....my password is correct

I sent my son money at 11am and here it is 10:30pm and he can not deposit the money to his debit card. I tried to cancel the transaction and was told that I can't do that.

I was setting up my account to send money to Bangladesh but it fails to send OTP code to my US number after entering all the bank and amount information. Then I tried to scan my ID as verification and the app keeps saying "Connection Lost" or "unknown error" everytime I try to snap a photo. Please fix this bug.

Keep getting an unknow error has occurred. I get this 8 timesbout of 10 when I send money. And, I send money a couple times a month

After i select the country, there isn’t a prompt to go to the next step.

For 2 days error message states can't validate request.
