How to fix MoneyGram app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MoneyGram app on iPhone
Update MoneyGram app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MoneyGram iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MoneyGram on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MoneyGram network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MoneyGram Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MoneyGram not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MoneyGram App
1. On android, goto Settings » MoneyGram » click [Force Stop]

Update MoneyGram to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MoneyGram App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MoneyGram » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MoneyGram.

Fix MoneyGram unable to contact server/ MoneyGram internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MoneyGram » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MoneyGram » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MoneyGram
