The VeeR vr is not working and the message Network error but My internet is ok and the App some speak “network error” some

Hello, the DESTEK VR glasses arrived quickly, thank you very much for that. However, we have a problem: We were able to download the Veer VR app, but when we try to create an account, the message "Network Error" always appears. At the same time, we have Internet access... How to fix VeeR VR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VeeR VR app on iPhone
Update VeeR VR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VeeR VR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VeeR VR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VeeR VR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix VeeR VR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VeeR VR app issues:

Force Stop the VeeR VR App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VeeR VR app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VeeR VR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VeeR VR App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VeeR VR app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VeeR VR.

Fix VeeR VR unable to contact server/ VeeR VR internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VeeR VR » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VeeR VR » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VeeR VR on android.
