How to fix PRONOTE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PRONOTE app on iPhone
Update PRONOTE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PRONOTE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PRONOTE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PRONOTE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PRONOTE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PRONOTE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PRONOTE App
1. On android, goto Settings » PRONOTE » click [Force Stop]

Update PRONOTE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PRONOTE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PRONOTE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PRONOTE.

Fix PRONOTE unable to contact server/ PRONOTE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PRONOTE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PRONOTE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
