Very buggy app and the drivers don’t follow the instructions for the delivery. It is kind of slow as for the response, once the order is clicked. There is a process afterwards which to put the payment information again. The question is, why the payment is already saved and then putting the information again in every order?
Also, as a delivery app, there’s no way to see the order appearing as a receipt in the email, just in Jahez , even the order instructions are not appearing. There are some drivers who don’t even follow the timeline of the order, and kind of going around after receiving the order, not for drop off the food for someone else, just to play around. There should be a timeline for the order.

I ordered a meal from McDonald’s which had an item missing, I called and complained that I’d either want my money back or they send me the missing item. They gave me my money back with balance. As I ordered and used my balance, my order came and the delivery driver didn’t know what credit balance was and said he wanted cash and told him I don’t have cash. I told him if you can’t take my credit then I can’t pay you and he left. this app called me and told me the situation and never mentioned deducting the money from my balance. I closed and went onto the this app app and found that money was taken off without any order delivered?? I am very upset as there was also no answer when I tried to contact them!!

I used Jahez two days ago to order my food. Since the restaurant I chose was facing connection problems, the product did not arrive. I message them to please refund my payment, i even call their customer support but receive no answer and they’ll just hang up my call. So I used the chatbox support and message them. The next day, I was informed that the payment amount has been returned. When I checked my balance— nothing in there. Now its been two days, no refund, no reply, no anything. You should also prioritize updgrading your customer service. This happened also to me in hungerstation and careem now, they immediately gave a refund and called me. That’s what you call customer care.

Actually I used some other apps before to deliver food. But this one was the best. Because you have so many options, food will be hot when you get it because the driver is delivering the food for only YOU. Which is a good thing. They have tracking line for you order. I believe in Jahez and I don’t write reviews often. But if something good and i like it i gotta say it. Good job developer. Keep the hard work.

After the courier called and informed me that he is on the other side of town for no reason whatsoever after I had already waited for an hour and half. Also after I called the customer service department and they apologised for a two hour delay they called the courier and told him to head back to HQ, without even informing me, I would not have known had I not called the courier myself. So after ordering at 10:22 and not receiving anything after two hours they called and cancelled my order. Without even informing me. So worst application worst customer service very unprofessional. Will delete the application and would not recommend it to anyone.

this app used to have a better service , the drivers now are not friendly and the order take so much time!
Maybe if you have a rating for the drivers to make it easier for the company to know the quality.
As will need to have an option for adding to the orders or making any changes like other apps with limited time.
Also need to work on your customer service the call take a lot of time then the call always closed while waiting for your time to speak for any kind of help!

The best app for delivering food for me, it’s so fast and it has all my favourite restaurants and cafes and their delivery promos are the best.
My only complaint is that i wish they had other ways to communicate with customer service such as texting and uploading photos instead of just a number that’s always busy to call them.

Not a bad app overall but a horrible service provider. I got blocked from using Jahez because the driver decided to take an hour and a half to get to the restaurant and another hour to get to my location, after which I had finished work and decided to go home (of course after calling the non English or Arabic speaking driver over a dozen times). Called customer service over 5 times before someone finally picked up and explained the situation, they advised that my account would be unblocked once I pay the price of the food that took 2 hours and a half to procure.

Received wrong order and driver said order was given like this. Received the wrong pizzas and they were the cheaper ones and called this app who said I would get 100 sar in my wallet for the mistake and my money in my account. Till now didn’t receive my money nor the 100 sar and won’t be using them again as the others return your money same time with out even calling their customer service. They started good but became terrible and not recommended. I will give one more day and than persue formal complaint with chamber of commerce

Their price more expensive then another apps the strange thing it was more expensive in the menu and I didn’t like that I ordered from Jahez when I found it was more expensive in the menu it wasn’t in the delivery I tried to cancel it before the restaurant make the order but they said they will make me pay that price however I AgNOR them I hope they will change but I will not contact with them again ever because do you have a bad customer service

This is my first review ever since i started using smartphones i usually skip rating and reviewing but Jahez really worth the time i waste writing this review .. the lowest delivery fees ever it gets to 3 riyals .. they also added a game that u can play while waiting for ur order this is really the best delivery app out there

I started using Jahez from 2017, recently the service level is terrible. Orders take a minimum of an hour and a half, drivers picking up orders for two customers at the same time and deliver to other (multiple) locations!!!. this app needs to find a solution for this issue, I faced it couple of times. I have to say they have a good customer service ( call center) where they try to give solutions to satisfy the customer, but when I gave the issue couple of times in a week or two, this leads to customer frustration and dissatisfaction. I do hope this app will learn from their mistakes and enhance.

I am using Jahez a lot to order food since I have moved to Riyadh. I have given it 3 stars mainly owing to its service, Jahez deserve a 2 to be honest. It’s a very basic add and lack very basic things like saving your favorite restaurant or order. You can’t really search a food item or cuisine. You will need to put the exact name of the Restuarant else it will not search and not give you option. Had I didn’t like the service, I would have deleted Jahez along time ago.

I order five menus from Lean Meals but I only received THREE of them.
They have bad customer service. I had a difficult time trying to call but they still didn’t answer and the driver says he is not responsible.
I can’t even be sure if the mistake was from the restaurant or Jahez itself or if the delivery guy stole half of my order.

I’ve been using Jahez for a while.. I have tried a few different ones but this one became my fave. Reasonable delivery charges comparing to others, you can track your order, and most importantly BEST customer service. I highly recommend it.

I chooses a restaurant and added items to my cart after that I tried to submit the order the 💩y app asked me to sign out and sign in again due to an issue in the application.. I followed the steps and add the item again to the cart after that I submitted the order I found that everything was double 🤮 I contacted Jahez support to edit the order put they told me it is your responsibility BTW I can power off the mobile and left the order for you but I’m better than you so I don’t recommended Jahez at all runaway from them.

Super friendly customer service very accurate and fast . Even when the order arrived incorrectly they immediately replied to my complaint and solved it in a very professional way. Seriously one of the best and it is highly recommended

Since last week there are too many glitches on Jahez . Restaurants don’t appear at all or they won’t load. I have to restart Jahez several times just to get the restaurant list otherwise it tells me that there are no restaurants available in my area

When you submit an order you can’t edit it, can’t cancel it, can’t even raise a ticket about it. And if you miss the pop up for rating a driver after the order is complete by accident, it’s gone forever and you can’t rate them. There are a lot of small things too that are stupid for a delivery application

The interface is horrible, customer control is very restrictive. this app is never my preferred delivery app because of their very limited interface

As most people don’t carry a cash amount all the time nowadays, the urge to have a credit card payment option is increasingly getting more needed. Sometimes the people around me and I be in a situation where we’d die from hunger yet we cannot order due to that silly reason! Kindly activate that service instantly.

التطبيق كان جيد بالنسبة لي ولكن حصل ووصل طلبي ناقص والسواق قال هذا اللي اعطوه المطعم فقط.
للاسف رقم الاتصال بإدارة البرنامج مشغول طوال الوقت ولايوجد اي وسيلة للتواصل مع المطعم او تقييمه ولهذا السبب دفعت قيمة الطلب كامل على الرغم من انه وصل ناقص. اقترح اضافة خاصية ارسال تعليقات وتقييم المطعم والخدمة ورقم اتصال بالمطعم او خانه لكتابة ملاحظات عن الوجبات لانه لايتوفر هذا الخيار دائماً.
شكرا لكم واتطلع للتطوير لانه من اساسيات نجتح البرنامج.

I actually liked Jahez . Until I had a bad experience trying to reach customer service through the busy line coz I got my delivery perfectly on time but not exactly the order. Actually, two meals were not there. The driver blamed the restaurant and there was no solution. I suggest adding a button to send direct messages to service providers in this app and add the restaurant contact # next to it. This will also help in customizing the orders especially that it’s not always allowed to make notes about meals preferences.

It was working perfectly until recently where it first wouldn’t let me register a credit card, and now I can’t login altogether...

I like this app they have good customer service and it is always my first option when it comes to food delivery, but I didn’t like the last update 3.0.17 i cannot see my ongoing delivery if i quit Jahez for a while, i hope they fix this in the next version

Stopped working after you choose a Resturant, then on any dish Jahez just hangs this is after new iOS. Also there should be an option to remove or add toppings and sauces when ordering any dish it’s not there .

Please make it possible to search restaurants by type such as Asian, Mediterranean, Indian, American, Italian, Arabic, Japanese, healthy etc. and update it frequently, it will be much easier to search for restaurants.

Sometimes it’s fast and all but other times the driver takes his time, and I can’t activate my Visa card and it’s frustrating. Plus I can’t contact the restaurant because there are no contact number. I hope you fix these problems and you’ll be the best.

This my always go to food delivery app I never had any trouble with it. And in the very few cases I did customer service were really nice and offered my meal for free!
