Update 7/5/21:
Thought I’d give them another chance. Can’t reorder because it says item no longer available. I attempt to rebuild my order and sure enough, the sandwich is available- I’m just not allowed to customize veggies, sauces, etc. The limitations of this tool actually prevent me from wanting to be a customer in any way. Not going to call or place order in person when I know that the previously convenient method has been removed. Congratulations, app team- I no longer wish to spend money at the restaurant you serve.

Original review: I attempted to order my usual in the go, something that took less than 45 seconds in previous version, only to discover my order history and payment info deleted. Next time I used, earliest pick up times changed from 18 minutes to 30 minutes and on quarter hour increments only. My wife was at the store before they even started the order. Not only is WhichWich useless, it actually removes WichWich as an option for fast food.

I’ve tried to order food once, and already I have a bunch of problems with WhichWich . I cannot at all order from the Belleville location (the store closest to me), yet I can mark that location as my favorite. So basically I have to call and order from that location instead of using WhichWich . When you order it doesn’t tell you the prices of the extra add-ons and drinks and such. All you see is the total at the end, so you don’t have any idea how much the other stuff on the order is. It has a great design/concept, but executed poorly.

WhichWich is such trash. About 50% of the time it tells me I am “not in range of a which wich location” while I am literally sitting IN the shop 8 feet away from the register that printed the receipt. Last time I tried to contact their support, they got back to me and offered to enter it into the system for me if I provided the receipt.... which sounds reasonable, except it took them almost 4 months after I submitted the issue for them to send the first reply, and then they acted surprised that I didn’t save a $9 sandwich receipt from 4 months prior.... haha, what normal person would do that? It’s honestly an insane expectation on their part. This whole thing is laughably stupid.... where does it think I am that it tells me I’m “not in range of the store” while literally sitting IN the store?

I placed an online order only to get to the restaurant and find that the employee gave my order to someone else!!! Needless to say I asked for my food to be fixed again and a full refund! The manager advised that I could only either get my order prepared again or get my refund. I feel that I should have received both!!! Needless to say I thought the purpose of ordering online is so I could just walk in and pick up my prepared order. I had to settle for a refund with no food because I was not about to wait for them to prepare my food again! I will not be going back to this location again! I should get a free meal for a month for the hassles I had to deal with!!! Very disappointed with this and also felt like they were blaming me for their mistake!

My husband & I were enjoying your sandwiches at least once a week & were Vibe Club Rewards members. Then you decided to change your system & forced us to re register, which is impossible without a smart phone, which we do not have. None of your employees have been helpful or encouraging when I have asked how I am suppose to re register & migrate my account. I have tried repeatedly to do this on my iPad without any success! I have my Vibe number, you have my information & phone number, yet your system doesn’t automatically transfer my account - points? I am glad your sandwich makers are better than your computer guys! What a shame you have done this to your long time customers! I miss your sandwiches!!!

I placed my order and I put everything I wanted right? I checked my order 3 times to make sure I was right (because it seems to good to be true these apps)and THEY still messed up. My order was almost completely wrong it was pointless to eat it! I put spinach wrap and I got lettuce, I put stuff that cost extra and they only gave me more meat and avocado. When I called the place I told them they messed up and if I could get another one and delivered here to my house and they told me they don’t do that but WhichWich says it does?? He proceeded to say get it from grubhub?!? Do not put delivery if you do NOT do it! They also proceeded to say they would have to charge me again! No thank you never again will I go to the one close to me.

I was perturbed when the local this app - which I frequent regularly - told me that instead of giving my phone number, I now had to download WhichWich AND scan my receipts to earn rewards points. But I got over that. Except - when I tried to scan the receipt, I received an error that stated I was not "within range" of a this app location, and my efforts to manually enter the barcode (the alternative option) also failed with the same error - not to mention that WhichWich would only permit me to enter about half the number of digits actually listed below the barcode. I was further surprised when I was sitting in the this app, and still got the error stating that my receipt could not be submitted because I was not within range of a store location. Three emails - over two weeks - to customer support (ironically identified as "LoyaltyHelp") have yet to yield a response. Yeah, it's a choice to participate in the rewards program, but it's also a choice to be a customer of this app...which I soon may stop being.

My question is, "Why discard a good rewards system that worked and change to a stupid system that doesn't work?" Answer: I guess they were giving away too many sandwiches. After I finally got into the stupid app, it asked me to verify my information. Everything was correct, so I hit submit. It told me to enter a 10 digit phone number even though the number showing was a 10 digit number. After entering my 10 digit number and pressing submit, it indicated that it was doing some processing, but came back to the same screen. Hitting submit again gave the same result. I finally gave up and deleted WhichWich . I decided to go elsewhere for lunch.

I love the Which Wich here, we go there pretty often. Kind of annoyed that I couldn’t just give my phone number or Which Wich card like I used to but I don’t mind having WhichWich since I go there frequently.

Anyway.. first thing I noticed was that since the “new and improved” system came out.. you need 80 something points to get a free Wich.. whereas before you only needed 36.
And before you could redeem whatever Wig you wanted. Apparently you can only get the most basic one now and pay extra if you want a favorite or something extra on it.

Also.. I had two redemptions on my app. I wasn’t able to redeem them both in the same order so I figured I’d order my free drink with something that I bought and then after that right away redeem my free Wich. Well after redeeming the drink it made me wait an hour before I could redeem anything else.

Even the cashier was surprised so she just gave me a free Wich anyways. Still.. do better Which Wich. Take notes from Chick Fil A or something.

I don’t know how to get any response other than writing this review. WhichWich takes me as far as the verify your information screen. All the information is there so I hit Submit whereupon it tells me I need to enter a ten digit phone number. So, I go back to the phone # field, renter my phone number & hit Submit again, whereupon it cycles & takes me back to the same screen so I hit Submit again & it stays there on the same screen. I have uninstalled & reinstalled several times with the same results. Things were great with the cards. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!😤

I have tried WhichWich three times. One time it worked well. The second time, it knocked me out twice. Then it told me the place was closed by the store was open. The third time, the food was not ready >10 min after the time. I would not recommend WhichWich if you are in a hurry. More trouble than worth it, if you are on the go and trying to get food for the family, you might find you are late waiting for WhichWich to work or waiting for food.

For the life of me, I don’t understand why the in store bags give more options than WhichWich . For example, when ordering the wicked…why don’t all the options in the “BYO” come up. It will only allow you to remove items…the only options to add are bacon (which is already an item on the wicked) and add avocado.

Every sandwich should have the BYO options. I’ve been able to write in what I’d like to add in the “special instructions” section…but that is not very user friendly. It’s simple…mimic the actual ordering bag.

This store has issues that corporate needs to handle. It is very hot in this place. I look up to the ducts and I see clearly that the filters need changed. They are clogged not allowing air to flow. Also,They haven’t been able to serve fries for over a week. The cause; their fryer doesn’t work. That’s inexcusable for any business to shut down part of it’s operation because of faulty equipment. I don’t know your corporate structure but somebody needs to handle this.

At least at my local store, there is no option through the drive through for “pick up” and you cannot just pull up to the drive-through window because they won’t know you’re there. Only option is pressing the help button at the drive-through menu. Other than that WhichWich is great

My first time at Which Wich, thoroughly impressed. Kind of overwhelmed with the selection. I would suggest you guy allow the user to create and save a particular sandwich for people in the go. I do a lot of app ordering in these days and times of covid, and I don’t want to waste time building a sandwich when it could already be built and selected from a list. Other than that I have a new spot to eat from!

The latest update brings the ability to see your points without having to login on a separate screen, which is great. There’s also a cool section to see the nutritional breakdown of the food, but it’s a PDF with multiple pages. I’d love it if there were a calculator in that section of WhichWich , where you can build your sandwich and WhichWich gives you the nutritional breakdown. For someone who tracks their macros on MyFitnessPal, this PDF doesn’t give me the information I need to plug in my food to MFP (like what “double meat” will add to my protein and fat or what whole wheat bread will add to my carbs and fiber; there’s no nutrition breakdown for double meat and the sandwich breakdowns are for white bread in the PDF). Until they come out with this feature (which other major chains like Pita Pit and Pizza Hut have already implemented), WhichWich will remain at 4 stars for me.

Who is to say that no one makes mistakes after reading several of the other reviews. I have frequented the Bismarck, ND location many times without serious incident. I really enjoy the new take on the sandwiches, the ease of ordering through WhichWich and the ability to just walk up and get my order. Highly recommended!

I have used WhichWich many times and have never had an issue! My food is ready when I walk in and they have my chips and cup in the bag so I'm good to go! I can order all the add-one that are available on the bag. WhichWich saves my card info as well as letting me create favorites so ordering the next time is even easier!!

I called ahead (day before) to the Harper’s Station store Cincinnati, Ohio speaking with Emily. She was fantastic and had me fax the order. As soon as she received the order she called me back stating there was no problem placing this order for the next day and picking it up at 11am (the time they open). It was 15 box lunches.

I had to call early in the morning the day of the pickup to revise one of the sandwiches. Spoke with Spencer. He was able to make this change. I walked in this store at 11am and these box lunches were all ready sitting in 2 bags ready for me to pickup. Both these employees (Emily and Spencer) were so nice. They were great and I was told the sandwiches were fantastic!

We tried your Wednesday $5.00 special. I order double meat twhich is way too much in a good way! My grandson got a regular sandwich. These sandwiches were delicious! LOVE the way they are already cut in half for you already! My 2nd time there but 1st for Wednesday’s special! Ordered online and went straight through the drive in! FABULOUS

Loaded a gift card when placing a mobile order and it saved the info for future orders but there is no way to use it in store to pay. Also can’t use the remaining balance for partial payment so ended up using my bank card for next online order leaving the gift card virtually useless for online ordering. So many amazing apps out there for food and beverage purchases, this one is certainly lacking and in dire need of some updates

I've just recently realized how good Which Which is. I love their variety, how quick they are, and their house chips. So far I've had the chicken salad, gyro, Italian, tuna salad, seafood salad and meatball grinder. I love how quickly you earned points on their reward program and now love WhichWich. All the options that you are looking for with building your sandwich or right there in WhichWich and have had no issues getting my order quickly and correctly so far.
