I’m trying to order some food for me and some friends but when I open jahez it says “There are no results, change your location or try again later.” I don’t know why there’s no results, I ordered yesterday and it was just fine. What’s wrong with the app?

How to fix Jahez app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Jahez app on iPhone
Update Jahez app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Jahez iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Jahez on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Jahez network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Jahez Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Jahez not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Jahez App
1. On android, goto Settings » Jahez » click [Force Stop]

Update Jahez to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Jahez App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Jahez » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Jahez.

Fix Jahez unable to contact server/ Jahez internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Jahez » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Jahez » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Jahez
