I ordered a meal from McDonald’s which had an item missing, I called and complained that I’d either want my money back or they send me the missing item. They gave me my money back with balance. As I ordered and used my balance, my order came and the delivery driver didn’t know what credit balance was and said he wanted cash and told him I don’t have cash. I told him if you can’t take my credit then I can’t pay you and he left. Jahez called me and told me the situation and never mentioned deducting the money from my balance. I closed and went onto the jahez app and found that money was taken off without any order delivered?? I am very upset as there was also no answer when I tried to contact them!!

I used this app two days ago to order my food. Since the restaurant I chose was facing connection problems, the product did not arrive. I message them to please refund my payment, i even call their customer support but receive no answer and they’ll just hang up my call. So I used the chatbox support and message them. The next day, I was informed that the payment amount has been returned. When I checked my balance— nothing in there. Now its been two days, no refund, no reply, no anything. You should also prioritize updgrading your customer service. This happened also to me in hungerstation and careem now, they immediately gave a refund and called me. That’s what you call customer care.

After the courier called and informed me that he is on the other side of town for no reason whatsoever after I had already waited for an hour and half. Also after I called the customer service department and they apologised for a two hour delay they called the courier and told him to head back to HQ, without even informing me, I would not have known had I not called the courier myself. So after ordering at 10:22 and not receiving anything after two hours they called and cancelled my order. Without even informing me. So worst application worst customer service very unprofessional. Will delete the application and would not recommend it to anyone.
