Close and restart the PlayStation app on iPhone
Update PlayStation app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PlayStation iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PlayStation on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PlayStation network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PlayStation app issues:

Force Stop the PlayStation App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PlayStation app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PlayStation to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PlayStation App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PlayStation app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PlayStation.

Fix PlayStation unable to contact server/ PlayStation internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PlayStation » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PlayStation » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
