I need PlayStation to be updated. I can not access my movies on my mobile device it says I Have exceeded the amount of accounts signed in.I have reset my password several times but nothing has worked out used to work to stream it on a streaming device by such as chrome cast but now it gives me a e... Show more rror message. This is unacceptable especially since I payed good money for my movies and tv shows they should be available to me at all times.

If you want to watch your movies on your hand only, then you might like PlayStation.

On the other hand, since Sony has been VERY good at locking its content into its own ecosystem, I would suggest never buying videos or other media from the this app store as you have several other comparab... Show more le and much more useful alternatives.

I regret ever buying the 20+ movies and shows I bought on my this app as they are now stranded on a this app that broke years ago and Sony provides no means to recover and use them in other venues (except streaming).

I’ve had PlayStation on other phones and it is a really good app for watching movies and shows but recently I got a new phone and tried to sign in but it says I need to sign out on another device due to having a maximum of 7 other devices signed into PlayStation . There needs to be an option to sign out all the other devices cause this is ridiculous. I paid for these movies and now I can’t watch anything because I don’t have access to the other devices. Videos I’ve paid hard earned money for do not play in full screen on the iPhone X. It’s a tiny box that doesn’t even fill the ubiquitous 16:9 format. Sometimes my phone does not like to have my apps work. It would be nice if I could download PlayStation onto my laptop to watch movies that way. I would like it if you could make it so you could play movies that have been rented/bought and watch them on a computer/laptop. Would it be possible for ... Show more that to happen? PlayStation runs really well and streams my videos really well. Very high quality! The only problem I have with it is that there is no way to purchase or rent videos from PlayStation . This is an ok app. It’s not a cast app. That pretty much says it all. Buying movies through the this app store is no longer viable due to it’s closed access loop. Sure you can watch a movie on your little device. Being able to cast a movie to your smart tv is where it’s at. Not to mention you movi... This is app works great the first you log in and use it. Afterwards, I’ve has trouble logging in to watch my movies that I bought online, and instead constantly just takes me to the home screen. Say for example if I’m in the mood for horror or action I could filter into genres and decide which movie I’m feeling more into watching. Also I’ve had an issue a couple times where PlayStation wouldn’t play any of my movies for a while and I tried to find support but the only thing I could come up with is calling this app directly and they told me the video app doesn’t really have support and it should. I love PlayStation and would love to see some of these changes implemented. Maybe see PlayStation overhauled and upgraded a bit.

Being able to take your this app anywhere with the this app apps is amazing. It’s not just for games, for movies as well (Obviously). Just like all the other ps apps. Returning to the store topic however, on ps the store is where you get your movies front . With PlayStation , you should be able to do the same. The store in app is more like a browsing system. I didn’t even know it was possible to purchase movies on PlayStation , (unless im right and you can’t purchase movies in app.) all I’m saying is that the store needs an improvement. I think the best time to fix it is with the release of the PS5. this app video was disingenuous fairly decently. With the ability to watch this app purchase movies on almost any device. Ability to download and watch offline. And Chromecast to your smart tv.
