2. Relaunch WeLock.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WeLock » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
