Completely incomprehensible interface for logging into the app. I have used it for a year now and every time it took me close to 15 minutes to figure out what to do with my password plus the code that is sent to me (but only after a failed attempt but that code was invalid too).
This time though, my password was rejected, resetting it did not work and, worst, there is no way to reach them.
Even though the lock itself works fine, I can no longer trust it in case of being I am locked out. I will therefore shop for another solution.
