Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MultiPresenter app issues:

Force Stop the MultiPresenter App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MultiPresenter app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MultiPresenter to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MultiPresenter App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MultiPresenter app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MultiPresenter.
