Give it a chance!

I was really skeptical at first with PawBoost. But when your desperate for help sometimes you have to take a chance.
I understand people are upset that they need to pay to get your notice out there but unfortunately that’s how the world works. That’s how Facebook works. If you want your ad or flyer out there on the most public and trafficked app you have to pay. It’s like buying a billboard.
I can’t tell you how much this helped! Within a couple hours I was receiving comments and messages from people trying to help and thank God we were finally reunited with our pup.
Of course I would, and PawBoost could never guarantee the best outcome.
But if you could rent a huge billboard that hundreds of people will see and a lot of these people willing to help In the search to find your faithful companion wouldn’t you at least give it a try???

Could use improvement.

Not too sure how I feel about PawBoost . It’s very confusing and unclear if you are posting a found lost dog or that the dog was found and reunited. Also all interactions are done through email in a non conventional manner instead of interacting and receiving messages through PawBoost itself which is the whole point and purpose of installing any interactive app.

And if you want to make a change to your post you can’t. The post you posted is shown to you as if you are a 3rd person seeing the post from a random user and because of that you can’t even adjust or change the status of your own post. It says message or call finder when I’m the finder.

Apparently you have to go through the email and click at the bottom small print that says change status if this pet has been reunited instead of clicking your own post in edit mode to change the status through PawBoost . When you go under your account the only thing you find is for you to sign out. If I go under account in any app I expect to have access to edit my post, access messages/notifications and to have clear understanding of my options for what I’m posting or have already posted. As a user I am not very happy which is why I installed different apps to help me with lost and found post. I do however appreciate the thought behind this app. Just wish it was more user friendly and that it made more sense.

A useful little tool for any pet parents to have

A few days ago my blue pit and Brazilian mastiff made their great escape and hopped the fence while I was away. I hoped of face book at posted to every lost and found animal page there was for my area and everyone kept mentioning this app. So I, being desperate to find my babies any way I could made a missing post on there and called ever animal shelter and the city animal control to give me a call if they had seen the boys. And within an hour of posting someone directed me to the “find my Fido” page on face book and there my boys were....at the next city over animal shelter. Over all a pretty helpful and friendly community and a nice little app to have. My only complaint is when you’re attempting to edit your post you made about an animal you can’t access it in PawBoost so it can be a bit of a hassle...but over all 4/5 stars. If your a pet parent of any kind or like to help strays fine their way home. I would definitely have PawBoost on hand.

Spread the word !

Today I lost a part of me. My fur babe Lola. She’s a rescue Pitbull. Lola is one of a kind. She doesn’t ask for anything but your companion. If you leave her to go to the store, work, etc she freaks out...even when she’s on potty break she goes crazy. She was severely neglected and abused by her first owner so she suffers from chronic separation anxiety. Today on her potty break she broke my fence and disappeared. I though I’d never see her again. I put a post up on my local neighborhood app and two hours later a kind neighbor told me about PawBoost. In less than a minute I had found her! Another kind family took her home and immediately posted a found pet on PawBoost. She’s back home safe, warm, and happy. I don’t have words to describe how thankful I am for apps like these and for those who post found pets!! Definitely worth having on your phone!!

Stuart is home

So I am a resident of Colorado. We moved from Az July 27th. Stuart decided to take a chance and jump from our second story balcony to explore new terrain.
By the second day he had left us, I was having visions of all kinds of terrible things. I posted everywhere via FB. Called the shelters locally. To no avail I felt like Stuart had fallen into the bottom of a well. 😪. I was resolved to let my beloved Stuart go.
I tried one more time via #this app. It was seen by an FB user who has the love to help.
She connected me to another post (not this app, but rather a post is a “found” cat. Low and behold I saw a pic of Stuart.
He is home. I cannot frame into words what this human did for me and my family in connecting us with someone via SM and this app. It is very emotional. But a very happy ending! Xo with a grateful heart. The Lodge’s Aurora Colorado

Can't login

***EDIT: I followed the developer's suggestion to delete and reinstall PawBoost to solve my login issues. Back up and running perfectly now. I was really surprised to actually get feedback from the developer and so quickly too. A very refreshing change from most others out there. Keep up the great work, this app!***

This is normally a great app but since the latest update, I can't login. I've tried my email/password like always to no avail. I even tried just logging in with my Facebook account and it goes through the login process but then goes right back to the home login screen.

Should be easier to find by date

All found animals and lost animals are all out of order and do not always pull up when you check for your own post or are searching for your pet. It can be really hard to see or find the newest listed pets when you are searching daily to see if someone has found your pet also to see if someone has added a lost pet since the day before. It is overall a good concept but you spend way more time searching than you should have to which probably makes it harder to match up missing versus found when people are looking which means more pets do not get located. You should have the option of sorting newest added listings without showing the whole past month mixed in.

My Life is Saved.

I have never left a review for an app, but this helped me get my best friend back. I struggle with depression and anxiety and my pup keeps me sane and makes me feel not alone (if that makes sense at all). When my doggie ran away, my heart was shattered. I got so many apps and put things on Facebook to see if anyone had seen her. After posting about my lost dog and constantly refreshing on apps if anyone has seen her, I finally found her on the second day 2 minutes after a woman posted about a found dog. Without PawBoost, I would have never found my best friend. I am so grateful to have her back.

Every pet owner must have!

Two of my fur babies went on a stroll and we were able to retrieve one not too long after but my tiny terrier mix still hadn’t popped up. A neighbor had mentioned PawBoost and within minutes I was able to post a photo, time and last whereabouts along with breed and other info. By noon the next day, someone recognized my babies photo and was able to get myself in contact with the person who kindly cared for my zuke. I will definitely be using this to help other fur babies out there get home. I couldn’t imagine anything else!

not very happy

I posted and paid for all the “extras” to help find my missing cat. However I am not seeing my post and have been looking daily. Does this app even update there app?It seems like I only see the same missing and found pets from
months ago and nothing new. All I have gotten from PawBoost is scam artists claiming to have my missing cat and asking me for personal information so they can HACK my life! this app is well aware of this scam yet have done nothing to stop it. I don’t see any positive here except an old app that needs updating and endless marketing that from what I can tell is outdated lists that keep repeating. Where is my post??? very sad!

Amazing

We found a dog lost in our neighborhood so we took him in and registered him as a found pet on Paw boost. PawBoost posted a found flyer of him on their South Fl Facebook account and PawBoost also sent me notifications and emails on all updates and comments the Facebook post had received. The owner had posted his dog on Paw boost as well, and as soon as he did, Paw boost sent me a notification matching the lost and found posters to the same dog. The only way this friendly husky had reunited with his loving family was through Paw boost. Amazing app, will definitely recommend.

App not that great

I downloaded PawBoost when I lost my cat. PawBoost did not allow me to change my post or update the report the button/option would not work when I selected it. Additionally there is no way to receive the messages people sent regarding your post. Someone had messaged me that they found my cat and tried to send me photos via this app /email service I never received the photos. They couldn’t find my post which also had my number so they had to wait to come across it again which left us without our cat for longer. They finally texted me and we were reunited. But PawBoost /website did not help in the process due to glitches.

Contacting the “Finder” link does NOT contact the “Finder”

I have sent 2 emails to a “Finder” using the link provided at the attempt to verify if the cat they FOUND is my lost cat. I have not received a response after 5 days and 2 emails. I emailed support at this app and they looked into it further. The email in the link which is linked to a Finders or Owners personal email, this app verified has not received any emails from my email address. I have 2 emails in my sent box to the “Finder” yet nothing on their end? The contact email was verified. Makes me wonder how many pets are out there and their owners are making contact with no response??? Or believe they’re making contact with no response? This is an issue that MUST be corrected or this site is useless.

AWESOME APP !!!

Because of this app i was able to be reunited with my baby after she was lost for two weeks! These guys really email you EVERYTIME a dog is found anywhere and they personally text you and ask for updates on locations and last seen landmarks to help you! This is an outstanding app! I have referred it to a friend as well because she lost her baby. We celebrated her first birthday all because of PawBoost! Thank you guys again. 🖤

Lost Pets Now Only Goes Back 3 Months

For the most part I like the new changed and haven’t had any issues until just very recently. FOUND cats go to 11 months. LOST cats only shows up to 3 months (that was only 1 cat; 2 months had quite a few). I’ve paid a lot to keep whatever alerts going out. I wish we were copied on the alerts they mail out locally as it seems the vets didn’t see the posters until I took them personally. My cat has been missing almost 16 months. I guess it’s time to pay to see him show up again. I do update his lost info every few months also.

Lost Kitty reunited

I was able to find PawBoost while searching in google. It’s been two weeks when we lost our cat Kitty. I registered on Tuesday 6/5/18 and somebody saw my post and recognized my cat that happened to be seen by another person who also posted in a different application. Marika told Teresa to contact me and so she did Wednesday morning 6/6/18. By afternoon as soon as I got home, walked to Teresa’s home and there was Kitty. Our family is so grateful to everyone, this application and the other one for having Kitty be reunited with us. Thank you so much!

Great App. Can I make suggestion ?

Please add a feature that people can report seeing a animal and location. I see a lot animals on the run but I can’t pick them up because I have no place to bring them. If you could add a place where people can post a possible spotted lost animal. I have picture and location of cat that’s obviously lost. But I can’t get near it so I shot a picture and wrote down location.

Guideline violation?

I’ve gotten an email to put a picture of my lost cat to repost on your app and I keep getting a notice that I’m in violation of the guidelines with an email address to write to. I just did and the email got bounced back to me. I don’t know what the deal is, but I thought this was app was to help people get leads to find their lost pets, not flag peoples posts to have them write to an email address that’s fake. I’d like to know what’s going on so I can fix the problem. Or is that too much to ask like having people give me leads?

Easy to use and communicate

I downloaded PawBoost because I work in a truck all around suburbs all day and have come across several stray or lost dogs. Luckily, I was able to reunite a dog with its family just a day before a tropical storm came through Houston. I really like PawBoost and makes it super simple to browse animals by location. I do wish there was a michrochip integration with a map or a general map to show you exactly where the animal was last seen, but still overall a great tool.

Your app sucks! I have a found dog that is roaming. I took a picture and wanted to post it with info. Your app doesn’t let me do any of that! How the hell are we supposed to help found dogs when your app makes it difficult! Deleting this pos app!
