Pawboost will not let me choose more than one (LOST, FOUND, or REUNITED). And it lags behind, won't accept the new location I put in. Please keep this working. This happens all too often. People rely on this to find their missing family members. Please just fix it, and keep it fixed. Lives are at stake. Thank You.

I found a listed found cat that I believe to be my lost cat. I sent an email asking if the picture car was Bob tail. I took a screen shot of the photo of the car posted and showed it to my husband to show him. When he confirmed he believed it was our car I went back to pawboost the listing was no longer there. I believe the person who listed it decided to keep her and when they received the email the to of their listing. Can you help me please?

How to fix PawBoost app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PawBoost app on iPhone
Update PawBoost app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PawBoost iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PawBoost on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PawBoost network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PawBoost Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PawBoost not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PawBoost App
1. On android, goto Settings » PawBoost » click [Force Stop]

Update PawBoost to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PawBoost App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PawBoost » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PawBoost.

Fix PawBoost unable to contact server/ PawBoost internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PawBoost » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PawBoost » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PawBoost
