- The iTag program is fairly simple and straightforward to use.
- The app works as expected in terms of triggering an alarm when the iTag leaves the zone.
- The app can be set to trigger a notification on your phone marking a spot on Google maps where the iTag disappears.

Purchased at rural king and won’t even show up on my Bluetooth tried holding button and nothing happened. All three are in the package exactly the same . Dead battery or defective products. Don’t waste your time buying . I wanted to contact customer support but I can’t find it on iSearching or the product packaging. 😡😡😡😡😡

What a joke. This thing does not work and the instructions don’t make sense. Furthermore, when I looked for support, I saw that that was in another language. English please! I took this back to Rural King where I bought it.

Complete trash do not work at all will not turn on will not sync to phone. Will not do anything. Good thing I got them on a glitch group for 6$ because the are garbage.

Cheap piece of china Crap that did not even come with a battery. I don’t buy anything from China any more. I ask first where it’s coming from. If it’s China I don’t buy. If they won’t say I don’t buy!!
Don’t waist your money on this crap

Every time I close iSearching , the device keeps beeping till I reopen iSearching , it’s not because iam using an older phone iam using iPhone 11 Max pro, iSearching has way too many glitches

Option to turn off alarm if our of Bluetooth range doesn’t work...so annoying, don’t buy!

Does not work. Installed app but won’t connect to device. No source of info for trouble-shooting. Money wasted. ☹️

Advertised as a “finder” for pets in addition to other things”. NOPE!!! Synced the tag to iSearching , put the synced tag on my dog’s collar, let the dog out of the yard and as soon as he was 70 or so feet away, yes, the alarm went off BUT THERE WAS NO MAP TRACKING THE DOG’s ROUTE!!!! The map actually showed only where my phone was....not where the dog was. POINTLESS and therefore USELESS!
App support page is completely in a Chinese. Zero English. Common sense dictates that if they’re target is an English-Speaking market, their support page should be in English, or at least have navigation to their English language page!
So ZERO STARS!

I don't understand why iSearching wants access to the camera on my phone (which helps me find the little device how?) or why I was able to connect with the device without any password (which my husband had just set up with the same app on his phone) but it seems to be a great way for a developer who lacks ethical constraints to spy on people and/or steal personal information. Only way I would trust it less is if it were Russian software.

If you lose range or disconnect Bluetooth the alarm will sound, making them pointless.
What if you leave your house with your other vehicle? Will it just make noise for as long as it wants I guess so…
What if you leave your house and forget your cat? Well the alarm will sound for your cats enjoyment😡

This does not work at all. We downloaded iSearching . Followed all instructions and our phones cannot locate the Bluetooth signal nor do we see any of the devices listed on iSearching when we try to find the device. Total waste of $9.

iSearching is set so that if you exit out of iSearching - the alarm on the tracker beeps until you open iSearching again. This drains the battery and isn’t helpful. I only want to track something I’ve lost. Not keep iSearching on constantly. Fix this please.

Why would I need to find something Within 75 feet. If the tag can not connect via Bluetooth to your phone. Your Beat! They call it a pet finder. Just as long as the pet does not leave blue tooth range! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
by Leacha13
I bought and when I try to look for the finder it doesn’t make a noise but if I click it it works to find my phone but I need it so I can find the tracker

It works as expected.

After I lost my keys for an embarrassing length of time, my mom picked this up. I’m still getting used to using the iTag program, but it’s fairly simple and straightforward. Basically you put the iTag on whatever or whoever you want to keep within 75 feet of you and your smartphone. If the iTag leaves the zone an alarm sounds. It can be set to also trigger a notification on your phone marking a spot on Google maps where the iTag disappears. Thus the need for camera access (limited screen shots). It can also help you remember where you park your car - I never remember - by taking location pins. Another camera use. So far, so good! Really a life saver for me.
Bought 5 of these things to track suitcases " complete utter waste of money...it does not do what it claims...outside of 70 feet of bluetooth connection...forget it...map only shows where your phone is....probably chinese spy machine....dump it.
