Brand new tiles. Freezes every time i open the app. Maybe 1 out of 10 times it will not freeze ??? Brand new !!!! How is this allowed to happen ??

My tile app crashed. I re downloaded and it open for one second, then closes again. My phone says it has a bug in the system. This is very disappointing since this is an ongoing problem. It renders the multiple devices I purchased useless. When will this be repaired?

If your tile app won't launch, uninstall it and download an older version (I'm using 2.113.1). You can find it on UpToDown. Hope this helps.

My tile app keeps crashing like others have stated. I will open it, it opens and loads for 2 seconds and then just closes out. No error screen, no "stopped responding" message. Also the tile itself seems to no longer connect to my phone, as I have tried to get it two ring my phone three times in the past month, and it will just keep beeping and then make the connection not found sound (my Bluetooth is always on) This is on a Google Pixel 3a.

The tile app has repeatedly given me issues . 90% of the time I will open the app and it will just be proven upon opening . It will say for example “keys last seen 1 day ago. See map for location” but nothing I tap will do anything . It’s really getting frustrating because if I cannot even ring the items I do have close by because the app won’t allow me to , what is the point?

I just purchased a pair of Skullcandy wireless headphones with a tile installed and decided to test out how well it works unfortunately every time I tap on “find” the app freezes up completely I’m using an iPhone XR
