Several people with iPhones are having issues. All the free items are unavailable due to a message saying new advertisement video still in production. I have uninstalled and reinstalled game several times and shut off my phone but it didn’t help. This has been going on every day for several weeks

1. On android, goto Settings » Piggy Boom » click [Force Stop]

Update Piggy Boom to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Piggy Boom App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Piggy Boom » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Piggy Boom.

Click Piggy Boom » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Piggy Boom » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Piggy Boom
