My students are using Boom cards on their iPads provided by the school district. They are saying that the images are not properly loading or not showing at all on the decks, so they cannot complete the deck. How can I troubleshoot this for them?

How to fix Boom Cards app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Boom Cards app on iPhone
Update Boom Cards app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Boom Cards iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Boom Cards on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Boom Cards network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Boom Cards Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Boom Cards not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Boom Cards App
1. On android, goto Settings » Boom Cards » click [Force Stop]

Update Boom Cards to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Boom Cards App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Boom Cards » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Boom Cards.

Fix Boom Cards unable to contact server/ Boom Cards internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Boom Cards » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Boom Cards » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Boom Cards
