Loading screen says “error loading game recourses” is the game no longer able to play?

It keeps telling me “Could not establish Internet connection. Please check your connection settings and try again “ and I can’t do anything even though my connection is fine.it’s been happening for a few days. I’ve tried deleting and installing it again but it still doesn’t work

- Lag switching by some players
- Some weapons are rendered completely useless upon leveling up
