Despite the claims that it will do this and that and the new options which will make life easy, i think they gave it to a beginner programmer to practice on us, ADIB doesn’t work at all after downloading it, i have the latest iOS version and whenever I open ADIB and enter my pin ADIB just closes and disappears from the screen, I thought it was my device that is faulty, but few friends had the exact same issue on apple device, and on devices other than apple, it is as useless when it comes to updating documents, this app should test their apps before torturing us with it.
this app app and web do not allow easy tracking of debit and credit transactions. It is extremely difficult to track transactions. Charges appear on my sms notifications that are not reflected in ADIB /web transactions history. You really need a full time accountant to track this app transactions! You don’t have to reinvent the wheel, hundreds of banks are doing it right, just learn from best practices.
Each time I change my mobile I have to call this app to activate my application

They should do it like Dubai islamic Bank never have an issue with their application they're excellent.
After long thought I decided to part ways. Main reasons are as follows:
- ADIB is very hard to use.
Not to mention asked for a. Personal video to “”verify “ it was me using ADIB !!!!! Of course it’s me.
I am seriously concerned about this bank privacy practices.
- Not flexible. It takes ages to get anything done.
- it feels like they are doing me a favor I don’t know if you feel it too ;)
- the entire vibe is just very admin heavy this is ok for 1990 but we are past 1990’s
Two stars because some of the employees are really good.
This application doesn’t include the payment option which help us to pay our phone bills ...

Keep the account photo option as it’s important for the parents as their kids accounts are linked and again it’s easier to have the picture next to each account. ADIB is amazing and easy to use but I gave it 3 stars because they removed an option which was so efficient to have. The account photo editing option. As I have my kids account linked to mine, it was easier to have their pictures next to their account number so I don’t have to go back to my notes to know the account belongs to who… and now with the last update they removed this option!!!!! MAY YOU PLEASE RETURN IT AS IT WAS A LIFE SAVER… Thank you…
I have been trying to upload my documents or scan my documents to upload my phone is screen is small I want to scan the id but I can’t do anything about it also it keeps saying something went wrong.
Luckily I tried again ADIB before writing this review :). This version working find with me now. Last month I tried to update my new EID, and ADIB didn’t recognize it.

I just advise to keep only ONE this app mobile app as the old one still active and this may cause confusion for some customers.

I entered the right information and still telling me that I am wrong. When I reached the agree of terms and conditions, it told that we try that later. I gave it many tries and still gives the same message.
