Despite the claims that it will do this and that and the new options which will make life easy, i think they gave it to a beginner programmer to practice on us, the app doesn’t work at all after downloading it, i have the latest iOS version and whenever I open the app and enter my pin the app just closes and disappears from the screen, I thought it was my device that is faulty, but few friends had the exact same issue on apple device, and on devices other than apple, it is as useless when it comes to updating documents, Adib should test their apps before torturing us with it.

ADIB app and web do not allow easy tracking of debit and credit transactions. It is extremely difficult to track transactions. Charges appear on my sms notifications that are not reflected in the app/web transactions history. You really need a full time accountant to track ADIB transactions! You don’t have to reinvent the wheel, hundreds of banks are doing it right, just learn from best practices.

After long thought I decided to part ways. Main reasons are as follows:
- the app is very hard to use.
Not to mention asked for a. Personal video to “”verify “ it was me using the app !!!!! Of course it’s me.
I am seriously concerned about this bank privacy practices.
- Not flexible. It takes ages to get anything done.
- it feels like they are doing me a favor I don’t know if you feel it too ;)
- the entire vibe is just very admin heavy this is ok for 1990 but we are past 1990’s
Two stars because some of the employees are really good.
