Unable to Sign Up since I downloaded!

2 weeks ago I bought one of the bissell 320 air filters or what not. Its not something that needs an app luckily but I was wondering what kind of information is shared on it. When I went to download this app and attempted to log in, the doom spinner showed up everytime. I tried with google, apple, bissell, everything except facebook and it wont let me in. I gave up. A week or so later, today, I tried again. No change, still broken. I hope they get this fixed, it’s literally useless if you cant log in.
It’s like this app is stuck in a vat of molasses

For the record, I have the latest iPhone. It’s not my phone that’s the issue.
Hope you’re not in a hurry to communicate with your vacuum, because you’re going to spend five minutes loading this poorly done app and another five waiting for it to connect to your vacuum. Maybe I’d give it another star if you could actually use the app to steer, or turn off the vacuum, or do something useful besides hit run or pause.
What a joke. My teenaged nephew could put together a better app in an afternoon.
Directional controls

I’ve owned two different vacuum robots and both of them had directional controls almost like a remote control car which made it easy to clean up spots I bought a Bissell spin wave robot and yes it does have a spot cleaning option but it just spins in a circle sometimes a spot goes into a corner or a crack and you wanted to go over it multiple times if you do add a directional setting in the app I will definitely rewrite my review thank you
