We just want to record and edit later. The app is not working unless I have a wifi signal, our church has no wifi. The MEVO99 hotspot is not showing up so I am only able to blindly record with the camera without the app. Something not working with the hotspot. It worked once but the hotspot no longer shows up on my IPAD or IPhone. Continues to look for a wifi signal when there isn’t one. We do not livestream, just record and edit later
Our church uses a Mevo camera for our services. We have been using since March 2020. It was working fine. We were able to do static shots without any problems. Then tin the middle of last year 2021, something happened. We were still able to use the camera, but we couldn't do any static shots. Then we noticed the app on our iPad would go back to the start of the app but still record. When it does this we can't get back on the app. What could have caused this? Is it a Bluetooth issue? Please help!
My Mevo won't boot up. I turn it on and right in the boot-up process it will turn itself off. Please help! Does it have a battery taht needs changing? Any thoughts?
