For the last few weeks I have been getting more and more "blanks screens" as I slide through my Timehop. Started as just one or two memories, now seems to be more than half my memories for a day. Usually from the Photos app. The timestamp of the photo shows but the photo appears as if it's just an entirely black screen. Does not matter how long I leave the phone on this screen to load, it remains blank. Today, my first two memories are blank from 1 year ago, but the rest of the memories load. Some days it is memories from 3-4 years ago, etc.

Only displays 1 year ago as a fast video clip. Nothing else, no annual update or final hop # of visit

Why does Timehop send me up to 20 identical videos every day? So very frustrating!!!

I used to love to listen and try to figure out the questions that they ask at the end of your time hop why is there not there anymore

Close and restart the Timehop app on iPhone
Update Timehop app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Timehop iPhone app

To resolve Timehop network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Timehop app issues:

Force Stop the Timehop App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Timehop app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Timehop to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Timehop App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Timehop app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Timehop.

Fix Timehop unable to contact server/ Timehop internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Timehop » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Timehop » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Timehop on android.
