this app in general using safari or Relias has been very time consuming due to glitches and it not functioning properly. As soon as I complete the 30 min to 1.5 hour courses it freezes up and won’t let you take the exam or it makes you start the content all over again. This happens year after year and I’m very frustrated. Tried Relias this year and it is not any better and now keeps freezing up telling me to turn my device in which nothing happens. I have the latest iPhone and iPad so there is nothing wrong with my device it’s this app. I’ve tried emailing support and that is useless. I will def be voicing my opinion to HR in hopes of them finding a new training company that actually works properly. Highly dissatisfied.

With the new update (October 2019), now you can take courses directly within Relias instead of being sent to a web link. This works way better and makes Relias much more useful. I appreciate not having to log in to my desktop computer to take my courses.

I would like to see a prettier interface, but it gets the job done.

I have to use this for work trainings and so far it runs smooth. It mirrors the desktop version and I find it easy to navigate!

App legitimately does not work at all. Wayyyy too many problems.
If i must close course to take exam why is there no button to do so? I close the entire app to get back to listed courses only to still not be allowed to take exam? This is a joke now. Do better and stop playing with peoples lives by wasting their time.

App does not allow me to login. On my laptop it’s fine. In the safari browser on my
Phone it’s also fine but Relias tells me to check my credentials. I’m not sure how to bypass this issue I have changed my password and everything. So for now it’s a negative review. 1 star.

Crashes, freezes, audio stops working. Also Relias logs you out fairly shortly after switching tabs. So if you want to reply to a text, you will have to re-enter your email address and password to keep training. Very frustrating

this app training is the most terrible training I ever had. It’s worst than anything. I wasted so much time taking 2topics and when it was time for the final exam, I was not able to go through because I had to do it in a computer. Unfortunately I only have a Smartphone so I gave up. I dislike this app with a passion.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It doesn’t keep you signed in. It glitches so makes you restart the training, because it didn’t save your space or let you save it. Worst app to work on, but work chose it so 👎🏽makes the trainings longer than needed.

Relias is very easy to use, and is a much easier alternative to the website.

Tried numerous times today and it keeps telling me to turn my device. Turning my device did nothing and it then freezes. Total waste of time.

There’s no reason to have Relias it just takes you online to the website. Absolutely Useless! Another question, Why does it say you don’t have enough reviews so it’s showing no stars? There are plenty of reviews mostly negative.

Could someone please address the issues of assuring we are taking credible courses for our licenses BEFORE we sit through the tediously slow narration and waiting for the music to stop so I can simplest the CEU?

I’m not sure what the issue is but every time I try to open Relias on iOS it doesn’t load, just blank screen

Seems easy to use at first but very buggy and not intuitive at all! For example, when video lesson is done, there’s no way to exit and go back to quiz! Ridiculous

Relias is absolute garbage. There is no sound and Relias seems to crash frequently.

On October 4, 2019 there was an update, my iPad says it updated but, when I go into Relias it says I need to update my this app. Please send out a new update so I can get this done!! Thank you!!

I am so not happy with this . I was thinking I would be able to progress outside of class and do some extra work . I was under the impression that everything we did at work I could do on the go.
Relias doesn't open up modules , simply brings you to the internet where it's not supported for whatever technological reasons . Just a shame . Back to the desktop I go . Now I've literally gota cram this all in between work tasks and I hate rushing .

What’s the point of having a mobile app if you can’t complete the assignments on your phone? Completely useless app.

Since the update I can’t log into my account via Relias . I am not sure how to fix what ever that seem to be the problem.
