Exceedingly hard to log on. Changed password then the updated one does not work. Customer service does not exist. I would not use this site unfortunately my job requires it. Your customer service is similar to K-Mart. Good luck!!

Does not work on mobile

Since the update I can’t log into my account via the app. I am not sure how to fix what ever that seem to be the problem.

Relias in general using safari or the App has been very time consuming due to glitches and it not functioning properly. As soon as I complete the 30 min to 1.5 hour courses it freezes up and won’t let you take the exam or it makes you start the content all over again. This happens year after year and I’m very frustrated. Tried the app this year and it is not any better and now keeps freezing up telling me to turn my device in which nothing happens. I have the latest iPhone and iPad so there is nothing wrong with my device it’s Relias. I’ve tried emailing support and that is useless. I will def be voicing my opinion to HR in hopes of them finding a new training company that actually works properly. Highly dissatisfied.
