Please avoid the Orlando Health virtual visit app. Both my son and daughter-in-law are Orlando Health employees and I have been loyal to Orlando Health for years. Today I decided to use the virtual visit feature for a sinus infection. On a positive, I was seen immediately and the visit went well. At the end of the visit the doctor prescribed medication. Hours later my pharmacy still hadn’t received the prescription. I logged back into OrlandoHealth to view the visit notes and it showed I was still waiting in the queue to be seen. THERE WAS NO RECORD OF THE VISIT! I called the help line and they confirmed I was still waiting in the queue. I explained I had been seen hours ago by someone and needed my prescription. They had NO record of the visit occurring or anything. They said they would put in a ticket to close out the visit and would try to take care of getting the prescription called in. When I asked about timeframe, noting I needed my prescription called in asap, they said they had no idea as to when the visit would be closed or when the problem would be rectified. So basically I paid for a visit, yet there is no medical record of the visit and I have NO timeframe as to when the issue will be resolved or when my prescription will be called in. Huge risk to patient health.
Unable to get OrlandoHealth to work with my chart login. Just keeps going in a circle where I login to my chart, then goes back to OrlandoHealth over and over again. I’ve had success using this as an alternative to urgent care in the past but this is second occasion where I can’t get it to work when I need it. Last time was 3 months ago.
I have waited more than 1 hour and it kept saying waiting for first available doctor and I am the next patient... nothing happened more than 1 hour and I tried cancel and re request for visit and waited more than 20 mins still nothing...
Mental Health appointments aren’t supported for virtual appointments. Doctors are few and far between. Overcharge and under deliver, avoid at all costs.

Virtually Useless.
When trying to log in and needs to reset sends you through loops. I received an email, asks me to download app (already downloaded) then takes me to log in which is not to reset. The I ask for a forgot my password and does the same thing.not user friendly especially since this is supposed to be urgent care.
Used to be good. But if you log in with MyChart it sends you in circles between MyChart & OrlandoHealth & it never opens.
That was amazing. Just had my first virtual visit. Took no time. So easy. For small aches and pains, this service is awesome. Could hear the doctor’s family in the background. Thought it was so cool.
