Heyo, you guys charged my card this year for annual premium membership. I'm not recieving premium membership, in fact your app ... Show more keeps asking me to pay for premium membership, keeps showing me ads, and not giving me access to premium membership. What's the deal? I've been attempting to resolve this for about 2 months now.

Show more er on the photo because the intensity arrows don't show 0 to 100 percent any more and the photo moves left right or up and down so I cannot adjust it. Can you tell me how to get my photo from moving? Also I am not able to use HD. Thanks
