Whenever i try to use the app, it will go so far with a photo, but at the point where you would normally see the finished image, it tells me that too many people are trying to use prisma and I should try again later.

Hi my favourite prisma filter ‘curly hair’ is not processing my photos it was working great but now takes forever to load/process and when it does it defaults back to my photo. Please fix asap. First time l have paid a subscription and the app is faulty. I would rather it be working than get a refund. I also deleted the app and reloaded - no fix by doing that. Thanks

I have the same Prisma issue. I have a brand new Galaxy s22 and all I see is a black screen when I try to upload a photo. I'm paying for the premium subscription, too. Why has no one fixed it?

Yup, me2! I'm guessing this app isn't compatible with new Galaxy phones. I tried reinstalling.. all permissions seem fine. You can select a photo but then it's just a black screen??

Close and restart the Prisma app on iPhone
Update Prisma app to the Latest Version for iOS

Fix Prisma on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Prisma network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Prisma app issues:

Force Stop the Prisma App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Prisma app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Prisma to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Prisma App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Prisma app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Prisma.

Fix Prisma unable to contact server/ Prisma internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Prisma » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Prisma » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Prisma on android.
