I have recently renewed this app and it refuses to open. I was using this regularly but now I can’t access I have almost a full year subscription left Can you advise, I have an iPhone XR
When I turn on Prisma it immediately goes back to my home screen. What to do?
Prisma app has worked well for me in the past but now the photos turn all black when I try to use it.
I bought a new iPhone, and when I switch the app on it doesn’t process that I already paid for the year. It won’t allow me to use the app on my new phone even though I’ve bought a year membership. What do I do?
Prisma is freezing when I open a photo. The photo is displayed but the filters do not appear along the bottom of the screen and the back button doesn't function. 11/12/2022 @ 13:07
Prisma turns off right after I open it.

Whenever i try to use the app, it will go so far with a photo, but at the point where you would normally see the finished image, it tells me that too many people are trying to use prisma and I should try again later.

Hi there, I recently purchased Prisma unlimited, and it’s no longer working on my iPhone 12.
Hi my favourite prisma filter ‘curly hair’ is not processing my photos it was working great but now takes forever to load/process and when it does it defaults back to my photo. Please fix asap. First time l have paid a subscription and the app is faulty. I would rather it be working than get a refund. I also deleted the app and reloaded - no fix by doing that. Thanks
I have the same Prisma issue. I have a brand new Galaxy s22 and all I see is a black screen when I try to upload a photo. I'm paying for the premium subscription, too. Why has no one fixed it?

Yup, me2! I'm guessing this app isn't compatible with new Galaxy phones. I tried reinstalling.. all permissions seem fine. You can select a photo but then it's just a black screen??
