How to fix VMT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VMT app on iPhone
Update VMT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VMT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VMT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VMT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix VMT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VMT app issues:

Force Stop the VMT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VMT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VMT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VMT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VMT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VMT.

Fix VMT unable to contact server/ VMT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VMT » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VMT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VMT on android.
